This error should only be ignored if you're confident that the site really is related to the website on the certificate. On Firefox, the problem is intermittent. I was able to get to my mail using Goggle Chrome but now I'm getting the same message from them asking if I want to bypass the warning or not. I shut down the computer overnight. Does your IT support Firefox? First, thank you for such a complete explanation.

Is this the only site that has given you an untrusted connection error, or have you gotten them for other sites and created exceptions? The certificate you want to export is the one ''above'' the Yahoo certificate in the dialog, the proxy certificate that vouches for the fake Yahoo certificate.
