This worked fine but then after restarting it got as far as the Win 98 blue cloud and logo screen and then jsut restarted itself. I think I need to test the memory, know any website that I would allowed me to perform laptop test for RAM. The Seagates are superb drives. I have tried different harddrives, cdroms and "A" drives.

I tried 2 Windows XP CD and i saw 2 different error message display: File setupdd.sys could not be loaded. I decided then to install from dos Windows XP, which for some reason doesnt boot up hence i had to go through win 98 first.
