In the past I would just toggle direct thermal to thermal transfer and back again or if someone started printing to it without having the settings configured, it defaults to the Zebra 110xi4 Paper Out Error I did this using the web portal for the printer and just changed it from the DT it was to TT and then back and this cleared the issue for me.
