The developer for the serverWMC is still active and it works great. Techtrickz.com is not affiliated with any of the device manufacturers listed on this site. My thoughts are my own and are in no way representative of my employer. I had to reinstall Netflix, sign out of all sessions, factory reset my chromecast and continually tried connecting until it worked finally 45 minutes later.

It allows you to add a web link into the extras menu in MCE, so for example you could launch a browser window with the Netflix home page from within MCE If the PlayReady folder is missing, you either do not have administrative privileges or your Silverlight installation has become corrupt and needs to be reinstalled.
Talk to your computer manufacturer/administrator to add administrative rights to your account.
