I had also uncheck "check for server authentication.

I turned off my firewall and it still failed. I turned of the firewall and flushed the DNS and it worked like a charm. So, that pretty much ruled out a problem with the modem or the router (an Airport Base Station). Loading...

One concern I did have is that due to having a large video card (gigabyte gtx 970 G1 edition) and having a small mini ATX motherboard the video card and the Pausing the Kaspersky helped me out! i love you guys finally i could update my iso been stuck on 4.3.3 software.

I disabled my firewall, disabled my kaspersky AV 2011, flushed my dns cache, uninstalled kapersky, and prayed.
