The problem that I had is that the provider of the webservice I will be working with will use UTF-8 and its not posible to suggest him to go for ISO-8859-1. At the end of the code shows the return, an XML, made a check at this site: http://www.xmlvalidation.com/ then he went back to work. I suspect the = characters he wants are part of ISO-8859-1. Source
